Hunter Schnitzel
The perfect hunter schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Hunter sauce
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Wake-Up flour
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Mushroom
- 50 ml Cream
- 150 ml Gravy leftover
- Salt and pepper
- Salt and pepper the pork steaks, then turn them in the flour, pull them through the beaten egg, and turn them in the flour. Fry in hot clarified butter until golden.
- For the sauce, rub the mushrooms well and fry them with clarified butter, then simmer for about 5 minutes, add the gravy and cream, bring to the boil, reduce for a few minutes and season if necessary.
- Serve with spaetzle or pasta
