Ingredients
- 80 g Bacon cubes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 700 g Turkey schnitzel
- Salt pepper
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Oyster mushrooms
- 0,25 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 pack Processed cheese
- 0,5 packet Grated cheese
Instructions
- Leave out the bacon cubes without fat, fry the schnitzel in hot oil and season with salt and pepper
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, chop the oyster mushrooms, cut the spring onion into rings, press the garlic
- Place the schnitzel in a buttered casserole dish, mix the diced bacon with the mushrooms, onions, garlic and processed cheese. Spread the mixture over the schnitzel and sprinkle with the grated cheese
- Put the casserole dish in the preheated oven (fan oven 180 ° C) and bake for approx. 15 - 20 minutes
