Pork Tenderloin Grilled with Sage

The perfect pork tenderloin grilled with sage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the marinade:

  • 12 Discs Bacon
  • Sage leaves
  • 6 Discs Zucchini
  • 50 ml White wine (lovely)
  • 1 Tl Sweet paprika
  • 30 ml Olive oil fruity
  • Little salt
  • 0,5 Tl Grated ginger
  1. Cut the pork loin into large pieces and let it steep in the marinade overnight.
  2. On the next day, add a sage leaf to the pork tenderloin, wrap the bacon and press firmly. Do the same with the Zuchhini. Put everything alternately on a skewer and put 1 sage leaf in between.
  3. Then grill on the grill briefly so that the meat does not get dry. It depends on the heat. You can grill it directly or indirectly. Do not grill directly for more than 8 minutes.
