Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Grilled
The perfect stuffed pork tenderloin grilled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pork tenderloin
- 50 g 7-Kräutermischung
- 1 Light bratwurst e.g. Thuringian
- 50 g Mustard
- 10 Discs Bacon
- Pepper salt
- 25 ml Vegetable fat for rubbing the grill grate
- Cut the pork fillet sideways and turn it slightly like a roulade.
- Place between lightly oiled cling film and pound flat.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Mix the herbs with the mustard and spread on the fillet.
- Roll up the sausage with the fillet.
- Lay the bacon on top of each other, slightly lapping it, and place the filled fillet on top and roll it up.
- Brush the grill grate with vegetable fat.
- Now grill the fillet at 220 ° (we do it on the gas grill) with the lid closed for 12 – 15 minutes.
- Then grill until crispy on all sides with the lid open for another 5 minutes.
