Spicy Noodle Turkey Salad

  • Mixed leaf salad
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Apple
  • Cooked pasta
  • Radish
  • Garlic
  • Pumpkin seed oil
  • Salt, pepper, chilli powder
  • Rosemary Habanero Oil
  1. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash and drain on the side. Wash turkey escalope under running water and pat dry with kitchen roll. Cut turkey schnitzel into cubes, mix with salt, pepper and chilli powder in a bowl. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
  2. Heat some rosemary-habanero oil in a pan, sweat the onion and garlic in it until translucent. Add the turkey cubes and fry, let cool on the side. Wash the radishes and then finely slice them. Wash, core and finely chop the apple.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Finally, the whole thing is refined with pumpkin seed oil and seasoned with salt and pepper as desired.
