Zucchini Salsa
The perfect zucchini salsa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1000 g Dice the zucchini
- 1000 g Tomato ketchup
- 250 g Dice the onion
- 250 g Dice red peppers
- 2 tsp Tabasco
- 2 Toes Chopped garlic
- 250 g Olive oil
- * Put all ingredients in a wide saucepan
- * bring to the boil, stirring constantly
- * then switch back to one, stir frequently
- * Let it simmer for about 1 hour, don’t forget to stir;)
- * In the meantime, wash 4 to 5 pieces of pickle jars
- Pour * hot into the jars, close immediately
