Pilaf According to Your Own Recipe

  • 400 g Lean meat (veal and poultry)
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 50 g Almonds or cashews
  • 2 Onions
  • 0,75 l Broth
  • 300 g Rice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Roast the nuts in it.
  2. Add meat cut into strips and onions cut into cubes and fry.
  3. Pour in the broth and season with tomato paste, salt and paprika.
  4. Add rice and let simmer over low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
