- 400 g Lean meat (veal and poultry)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 50 g Almonds or cashews
- 2 Onions
- 0,75 l Broth
- 300 g Rice
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt
- Paprika
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Roast the nuts in it.
- Add meat cut into strips and onions cut into cubes and fry.
- Pour in the broth and season with tomato paste, salt and paprika.
- Add rice and let simmer over low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
