Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Lean meat (veal and poultry)
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 50 g Almonds or cashews
  • 2 Onions
  • 0,75 l Broth
  • 300 g Rice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Roast the nuts in it.
  • Add meat cut into strips and onions cut into cubes and fry.
  • Pour in the broth and season with tomato paste, salt and paprika.
  • Add rice and let simmer over low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
