Heimi’s Potato Salad with Saithe Schnitzel

- 1 glass Pollack schnitzel
- 6 Pickled cucumber
- 6 Eggs
- 200 g Sour cream
- 100 g Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Cucumber broth

- Salt and pepper
- 1 Chopped onion
