Jacket Potatoes with Green Sauce

The perfect jacket potatoes with green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Low-Fat yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp Cress (garden cress)
  • 2 tube Chives garlic
  • 2 tube From the multi-onion or spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard / + –
  • 0,5 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp Linseed oil
  • ** 7 Kräutermischung/ TK geht auch…**
  1. Boil potatoes into jacket potatoes.
  2. Mix yoghurt with sour cream, add herbs, lemon juice, mustard, garip pepper, salt and pepper and season again if necessary!
  3. Peel and finely dice eggs. Add to the sauce with the linseed oil and stir!
  4. Peel the potatoes and serve with the green sauce! If you like, add a little linseed oil!
  5. WHO LIKES CAN ALSO ADD VINEGAR CUCUMBERS IN DICE TO THE SAUCE! 🙂
