- 4 Eggs
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Green sauce (homemade by the butcher)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Chinese cabbage leaves
- 2 Carrot blossoms
- 1 Tomato
- Peel and wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon) for 20 minutes and drain. Boil the eggs hard, quench them, peel them off and cut in half. Arrange eggs with potatoes and green sauce decoratively on a plate and serve.
