Günther’s Tuna Spread

The perfect günther’s tuna spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 185 g Drained canned tuna
  • 0,5 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
  • 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon fruit juice
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Potting
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Watercress fresh
  • Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Chives fresh

preparation

  1. Boil the eggs hard, chop the small onions and garlic. Drain the tuna well (in water).

  1. Mash the eggs with a fork. Slowly mix in the other ingredients (except the herbs) and the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Mix in the finely chopped herbs before serving.
