Günther’s Tuna Spread
The perfect günther’s tuna spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 185 g Drained canned tuna
- 0,5 Pc. Fresh onion
- 1 Pc. Peeled garlic clove
- 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon fruit juice
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Potting
- Salt
- Pepper
- Watercress fresh
- Chopped parsley until smooth
- Chives fresh
preparation
- Boil the eggs hard, chop the small onions and garlic. Drain the tuna well (in water).

- Mash the eggs with a fork. Slowly mix in the other ingredients (except the herbs) and the juice of half a lemon.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
- Mix in the finely chopped herbs before serving.
