The perfect side dish: apple – elderberry – red cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 piece Red cabbage fresh
- 1 piece Apple Elstar
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 bottle Apple and elderberry juice
- 1 shot Coconut oil
- Finely chop the cabbage and put it in a saucepan, add the oil.
- Now cut the apple (I only cut out the blossom, the pips and peel remain on) and add to the red cabbage with the chopped onion.
- Now add the bottle of not-from-concentrate juice and bring it to a boil. Everything should now cook for about 30 minutes and the red cabbage cooks.
- This side dish can be pre-cooked very well in the morning, or it tastes even better if it is pre-cooked the day before.
- There was fried seitan with potatoes
