Ingredients
- 200 g Seitan
- 200 g Oil or fat for frying
- 3 size Waxy potatoes
- 2 Servings Apple-Elderberry-Red cabbage *
Instructions
- Cut the seitan into slices and fry on both sides in the fat, I used coconut oil.
- Then place the seitan slices on a kitchen towel and dab off to grease.
- Peel, wash, cut and cook the potatoes in salted water.
Serving
- Place the potatoes and the fried seitan on the plate, the delicious sauce from the cabbage served as the sauce ... very, very tasty with the elderberry flavor and healthy on top of that. We ate some mustard with the meat.
