Pigs – Kidneys with Onion and Ham
The perfect pigs – kidneys with onion and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Pigs – kidneys
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 3 Dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cut the peeled onions into half rings.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Fry the onions, tomatoes and diced ham in a little oil over medium heat until the onions are translucent.
- Then, as always, add the kidneys, which have been perfectly prepared by my favorite butcher, in the pan.
- Fry while stirring and season strongly with pepper.
