Homemade Liver Spread
The perfect homemade liver spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Veal liver
- Smoke salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Rapeseed oil – tasteless for frying
- 2 tbsp Homemade crackling lard from pork
- Wash the liver, pat dry, then turn in the flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the liver vigorously on all sides. Then let cool and cut into small pieces.
- Put the prepared liver with crackling lard, salt and pepper in a Tefal chopper and let it run until a creamy mixture has formed.
- Put the liver spread in a bowl and let it steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
