Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Tofu
  • 100 g Canned kidney beans
  • 50 g Onion
  • 5 ml Oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry a little with the onions.
  • Drain kidney beans and puree together with the tofu in a food processor or with a hand blender.
  • Season to taste with the spices (or other spices and / or herbs) and store in the refrigerator.
