Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu
- 100 g Canned kidney beans
- 50 g Onion
- 5 ml Oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry a little with the onions.
- Drain kidney beans and puree together with the tofu in a food processor or with a hand blender.
- Season to taste with the spices (or other spices and / or herbs) and store in the refrigerator.
