Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cheese (Appenzeller)
- 250 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp cherry brandy
- some cayenne pepper
- possibly parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious with baguette
Whisk the butter (room temperature) until smooth. Add the egg yolk, kirsch (optional), and cayenne pepper and mix well. Finely grate the cheese and add it as well. Allow the cheese butter to set and serve in bowls, or roll it into a roll and slice it with a knife. If desired, you can also stir in some chopped parsley.
