Colorful Oven Stew

The perfect colorful oven stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pork goulash
  • 5 size Potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 glass Tomato peppers — 650 g
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 200 Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the goulash, pat dry and put some color in a roasting pan with hot fat.
  2. Potatoes Peel the carrots and onions into cubes or slices.
  3. Drain the tomato peppers, cut into strips and save the juice – we’ll still need it
  4. Now add the potatoes, carrots, onions and tomato peppers with the juice to the goulash.
  5. Finally, add the chunky tomatoes and the vegetable stock, put the lid on and put it in the 220c. warm oven for about 2 hours
  6. Take the oven pot out of the oven, let it cool down a little and then stir in the cream cheese.
  7. Enjoy a treat with a little baguette — Bon appetit; 🙂
