Colorful Oven Stew
The perfect colorful oven stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Pork goulash
- 5 size Potatoes
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Onions
- 1 glass Tomato peppers — 650 g
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 200 Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the goulash, pat dry and put some color in a roasting pan with hot fat.
- Potatoes Peel the carrots and onions into cubes or slices.
- Drain the tomato peppers, cut into strips and save the juice – we’ll still need it
- Now add the potatoes, carrots, onions and tomato peppers with the juice to the goulash.
- Finally, add the chunky tomatoes and the vegetable stock, put the lid on and put it in the 220c. warm oven for about 2 hours
- Take the oven pot out of the oven, let it cool down a little and then stir in the cream cheese.
