Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Pork goulash
  • 5 size Potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 glass Tomato peppers --- 650 g
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 200 Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the goulash, pat dry and put some color in a roasting pan with hot fat.
  • Potatoes Peel the carrots and onions into cubes or slices.
  • Drain the tomato peppers, cut into strips and save the juice - we'll still need it
  • Now add the potatoes, carrots, onions and tomato peppers with the juice to the goulash.
  • Finally, add the chunky tomatoes and the vegetable stock, put the lid on and put it in the 220c. warm oven for about 2 hours
  • Take the oven pot out of the oven, let it cool down a little and then stir in the cream cheese.
  • Enjoy a treat with a little baguette --- Bon appetit; 🙂
