Potatoes: Gratin De Crepes De Pommes De Terre

  • 5 piece Potato pancakes, Baggers, Reiberdatschi or whatever …
  • 1 piece Leek
  • 1 piece Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Knife point Wasabi paste
  • 3 tablespoon Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 g Grated Emmental
  1. Mix the cream and wasabi paste and use it on both sides of the excavator.
  2. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Fry in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the rest of the cream / wasabi mixture.
  3. Lay the baggers like a brick in a small baking dish and add the leek mixture in between.
  4. Sprinkle with the grated Emmental cheese and bake at approx. 200 degrees until the cheese has melted and turns brown.
