- 5 piece Potato pancakes, Baggers, Reiberdatschi or whatever …
- 1 piece Leek
- 1 piece Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Knife point Wasabi paste
- 3 tablespoon Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 50 g Grated Emmental
- Mix the cream and wasabi paste and use it on both sides of the excavator.
- Clean the leek and cut into rings. Fry in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the rest of the cream / wasabi mixture.
- Lay the baggers like a brick in a small baking dish and add the leek mixture in between.
- Sprinkle with the grated Emmental cheese and bake at approx. 200 degrees until the cheese has melted and turns brown.
