Strawberry Hugo
The perfect strawberry hugo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Strawberries
- 5 tbsp Elderflower syrup
- 0,5 Pressed lime
- 700 ml Prosecco sparkling wine
- 10 Ice cubes
- 5 Lime slices for garnishing
- 5 250 ml glasses
- Wash and clean the strawberries. Quarters. Squeeze half a lime. Put the lime juice, elderflower syrup and strawberries in a tall container and puree. Divide the puree between the 5 glasses (approx. 80 ml per glass). Add 2 ice cubes at a time. Garnish with a slice of lime, fill up with prosecco and enjoy.
- Tip 2: For the alcohol-free version, simply use lemon soda instead of the prosecco.
