Beef Roulade with Veal Sausage
The perfect beef roulade with veal sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 St Beef roulade
- 400 g Veal sausage
- 1 St Chopped onion
- 4 tbsp Hot mustard
- 300 ml Red wine
- Season the roulade to taste
- Spread the veal sausage on top
- Brush with mustard, cover with diced onions, roll up and pin
- Sear all over and then deglaze with red wine
- Let simmer for about 2 hours over low heat
