Beef Roulade with Veal Sausage

The perfect beef roulade with veal sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 St Beef roulade
  • 400 g Veal sausage
  • 1 St Chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp Hot mustard
  • 300 ml Red wine
  1. Season the roulade to taste
  2. Spread the veal sausage on top
  3. Brush with mustard, cover with diced onions, roll up and pin
  4. Sear all over and then deglaze with red wine
  5. Let simmer for about 2 hours over low heat
