Ingredients
- 4 Beef Roulade
- 2 Onions
- 2 Pickled cucumbers
- 50 g Mixed with bacon, sliced
- Mustard
- 400 ml Beef stock
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Bay leaves
- 5 Allspice grains
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
Instructions
- Knock the roulades, season with mustard, put onion slices, cucumber and bacon, roll up and stick together with a toothpick, then fry in hot oil.
- Add the tomato paste briefly then sear the onion and fill up with the stock. Add the spices and put in the oven at 150 ° C and cook slowly. About 1.5 hours. Then sift the sauce and add a little creme fraiche, if you want, you can set the sauce a little more.
