Ingredients
 

  • 4 Beef Roulade
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Pickled cucumbers
  • 50 g Mixed with bacon, sliced
  • Mustard
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 5 Allspice grains
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Knock the roulades, season with mustard, put onion slices, cucumber and bacon, roll up and stick together with a toothpick, then fry in hot oil.
  • Add the tomato paste briefly then sear the onion and fill up with the stock. Add the spices and put in the oven at 150 ° C and cook slowly. About 1.5 hours. Then sift the sauce and add a little creme fraiche, if you want, you can set the sauce a little more.
