Vegan: Buttered Mango with Rice
The perfect vegan: buttered mango with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 cups Rice of your choice
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- 750 ml ******************
- 1 piece Mango
- 20 g Alsan – vegan butter
- 1 handful Chopped parsley
- Cook the rice in the vegetable stock, drain and rinse briefly.
- Peel the mango and remove the meat from the core, then dice it.
- Heat the vegan butter in a wok, add the mango cubes and toss well a few times.
- Now add the cooked rice and toss everything again and heat it well.
- Now the whole thing comes to serve on a plate.
