Vegan: Buttered Mango with Rice

The perfect vegan: buttered mango with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Rice of your choice
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 750 ml ******************
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 20 g Alsan – vegan butter
  • 1 handful Chopped parsley
  1. Cook the rice in the vegetable stock, drain and rinse briefly.
  2. Peel the mango and remove the meat from the core, then dice it.
  3. Heat the vegan butter in a wok, add the mango cubes and toss well a few times.
  4. Now add the cooked rice and toss everything again and heat it well.
  5. Now the whole thing comes to serve on a plate.
