Puff Pastry Crossies
The perfect puff pastry crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Puff pastry for sweets with butter
- 50 gr Grated chocolate
- 50 gr Ground hazelnut
- 2 essl Sugar
- 80 gr Chopped almonds, or even better, stoned ones
- roll out the puff pastry. Cut out with a glass. With hazelnuts, chopped almonds, chocolate and sugar.
- Pull the rest of the dough into appropriate pieces with your hands and place over them. Rustic and fast variant. If you feel like it, you can roll out the dough again and cut it out. It will definitely look better then.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes.
