Pasta with Mushrooms, Bacon and Cheese Cream

- 250 g Pasta
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 1 shot White wine
- 1 tbsp 8 Kräuter Mischung TK
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté with the diced ham in the oil until translucent.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the ham and onions and cook until cooked.
- Cut the cooked ham into cubes, add the herbs and season everything with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the processed cheese and let it melt at medium temperature.
- Drain the pasta, place on a plate, pour the mushroom and ham sauce over it and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
