Pasta with Mushrooms, Bacon and Cheese Cream

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 1 shot White wine
  • 1 tbsp 8 Kräuter Mischung TK
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente
  2. Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté with the diced ham in the oil until translucent.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the ham and onions and cook until cooked.
  4. Cut the cooked ham into cubes, add the herbs and season everything with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in the processed cheese and let it melt at medium temperature.
  6. Drain the pasta, place on a plate, pour the mushroom and ham sauce over it and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
