Tortelini in Green Sauce

The perfect tortelini in green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tortelini
  • 250 g Creamed spinach
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Oil
  1. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté in the oil with the diced ham until translucent, add the spinach and slowly defrost.
  3. Cut the cooked ham into cubes, add to the spinach, season everything with salt, pepper, parika powder and nutmeg, crumble the Gorgonzola in the spinach, let it melt, stir well, and serve sprinkled with the drained tortellini and Parmesan cheese.
