Rhubarb Dessert
The perfect rhubarb dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
rhubarb
- 350 g Freshly peeled rhubarb
- 3 tablespoon Sugar brown
- 1 Cinnamon stick
vanilla cream
- 2 sheet Gelatin white
- 300 ml Curdled milk
- 1 packet Vanilla sauce without cooking
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Apple juice
- 100 ml Cream 30% fat
rhubarb
- Cut the prepared rhubarb into small pieces and mix with the brown sugar
- Add the cinnamon stick and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, remove from the stove, let cool down and remove the cinnamon stick.
vanilla cream
- Soak the gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix the curdled milk with the vanilla sauce powder, powdered sugar and apple juice with a mixer.
- Now squeeze out the gelatin, warm it up, dissolve it with a little vanilla cream and then add it to the vanilla cream and stir well.
- Chill the cream for about 15 minutes and then fold in the whipped cream.
- Finally, put the rhubarb and the cream in layers in a couple of beautiful glasses and decorate with mint
