Salmon with Paprika and Sun-dried Tomatoes
The perfect salmon with paprika and sun-dried tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Salmon fillet
- 1 Peppers yellow
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 1 cm Fresh ginger
- 2 Shallots
- 6 Pickled sun-dried tomatoes
- 100 ml Riesling
- 100 ml Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Peel and chop the garlic and shallots.
- Remove the peppers and cut into any pieces.
- Grate ginger. Chop the tomatoes.
- Fry the bell peppers, shallots, ginger and garlic in a little oil.
- Push the vegetables to the edge and place the fish in the pan and fry on both sides.
- Then the fish is temporarily stored and the tomatoes are added to the vegetables.
- Deglaze with white wine, season with salt and pepper.
- Let the salmon simmer in the pan a little before serving.
