Salmon with Paprika and Sun-dried Tomatoes

  • 300 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 1 cm Fresh ginger
  • 2 Shallots
  • 6 Pickled sun-dried tomatoes
  • 100 ml Riesling
  • 100 ml Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Peel and chop the garlic and shallots.
  2. Remove the peppers and cut into any pieces.
  3. Grate ginger. Chop the tomatoes.
  4. Fry the bell peppers, shallots, ginger and garlic in a little oil.
  5. Push the vegetables to the edge and place the fish in the pan and fry on both sides.
  6. Then the fish is temporarily stored and the tomatoes are added to the vegetables.
  7. Deglaze with white wine, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Let the salmon simmer in the pan a little before serving.
