Beijing Ginger Duck
The perfect beijing ginger duck recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the meat
- 300 g Duck breast
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 2 tbsp Broth
- 1 Onion
- 2 tsp Ginger
rice
- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 cups Water
- Cut the duck breast into bite-sized pieces, chop the onions. Put these in a freezer bag and add all the remaining ingredients for the meat and mix well. Then let it sit for about 20-30 minutes.
- Cook the rice with the given amount of water.
- Fry the meat until crispy brown in a pan. At the very end, add the rice to the pan, stir and let it steep for a moment.
