Bread: Veggie Burger Nina

The perfect bread: veggie burger nina recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Spelt roll
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 2 tablespoon Mashed potatoes, rest
  • 1 piece Zucchino, rest
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Wholemeal spelled flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 6 Discs Scamorza or other cheese
  • 2 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Fresh tomato
  1. Grate the piece of zucchino. Mix the mashed potatoes with the egg, grated zucchini and wholemeal flour. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry small cakes from the potatoes in it.
  3. Cut the rolls in half and brush all halves with tomato paste.
  4. Divide the potato patties and the slices of fresh tomatoes in half and cover with cheese.
  5. Now bake these halves of bread under the grill or in the oven until the cheese has melted.
  6. Now distribute the lettuce leaves on the sandwich. Fold up and serve immediately.
