Celery Salt
The perfect celery salt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Dried celery leaves
- 500 g Coarse salt
- Sort and wash the celery leaves. Then tie it up at the bottom and let it dry well in the fresh air but protected from the rain.
- Now roughly chop the celery leaves and then I rub them through a sieve so that it becomes very fine (see photos)
- Now mix with the salt and put in the salt mill.
- Tastes great with a Sunday egg, I really like to season my mashed potatoes with it or eat it with butter cakes
