Celery Salt

The perfect celery salt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Dried celery leaves
  • 500 g Coarse salt
  1. Sort and wash the celery leaves. Then tie it up at the bottom and let it dry well in the fresh air but protected from the rain.
  1. Now roughly chop the celery leaves and then I rub them through a sieve so that it becomes very fine (see photos)
  1. Now mix with the salt and put in the salt mill.
  1. Tastes great with a Sunday egg, I really like to season my mashed potatoes with it or eat it with butter cakes
