Roast Beef in Cream Sauce

The perfect roast beef in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Beef loin (roast beef) (ma) fresh 2
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 6 Fresh tomatoes
  • 80 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 0,5 liter Cream 30% fat
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill

Preparation with roast beef slices:

  1. Layer the slices of meat on top of each other and cut into strips approx. 1/2 cm wide.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
