Colorful and Fruity Chicken Pan
The perfect colorful and fruity chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Chicken breast fillet
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Curry
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Discs Bacon
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Pineapple pieces
- 0,25 piece Leek
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 100 g Me noodles
marinade
- Mix the soy sauce, salt, pepper, curry, turmeric and honey into a marinade. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and marinate for 1 hour.

- Cut the bacon into small pieces and leave them crispy with 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Add the meat and fry vigorously for 1 minute. Pour vegetable broth and coconut milk on top. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in bubbly water for 2 minutes, drain and rinse.

- Cut the leek into fine rings and peel and dice the tomatoes. Add the pineapple, leek and tomatoes to the meat and simmer briefly. Stir in Sambal Oelek and, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
