Roast Beef in Cream Sauce
The perfect roast beef in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Beef loin (roast beef) (ma) fresh 2
- 2 Fresh onions
- 6 Fresh tomatoes
- 80 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 0,5 liter Cream 30% fat
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- Sea salt from the mill
- Black pepper from the mill
Preparation with roast beef slices:
- Layer the slices of meat on top of each other and cut into strips approx. 1/2 cm wide.
- Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
- Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, core them and also cut into small cubes.
Preparation:
- Brown the butter lightly in a large pan, add onions and roast until golden. Add the flour and sweat it too.
- Now put the cream and tomato paste in the baking oven. Cook a thickened sauce, stirring constantly.
- Season well with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Finally we add the tomatoes and the strips of meat and just let the whole thing warm up (NO MORE COOKING).
