Savory Tricolore Muffins

The perfect savory tricolore muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 170 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 1 Pc. Peppers yellow
  • 6 Pc. Cherry tomatoes red
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Oil
  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Clean, core, wash and dice the pepper. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella. Mix the paprika, tomatoes and mozzarella cubes and the muffin batter and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Grease a muffin tin. I used silicone molds that you don’t need to grease. Fill the dough 2/3 high into the molds and Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection 160 ° C) for about 25 minutes.
