Savory Puff Pastry Muffins

The perfect savory puff pastry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Puff pastry
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 3 El Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Dill
  • Pepper salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 1 Muffin tin
  • Paper baking cases
  1. Cut the puff pastry into 12 small squares.
  2. Place the paper baking cases in the hollows of the muffin tin.
  3. Add the puff pastry squares and let the edges protrude.
  4. Crush the sheep’s cheese, press the peeled garlic with the creme fraiche through a garlic press and add to it.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Stir in the egg.
  7. Spread the cheese mixture over the dough.
  8. Cut the tomatoes into 12 slices and place on top of the muffins.
  9. Place the edges of the dough on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
