Savory Puff Pastry Muffins

- Puff pastry
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 3 El Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Dill
- Pepper salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 Pc. Tomatoes
- 1 Muffin tin
- Paper baking cases
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 small squares.
- Place the paper baking cases in the hollows of the muffin tin.
- Add the puff pastry squares and let the edges protrude.
- Crush the sheep’s cheese, press the peeled garlic with the creme fraiche through a garlic press and add to it.
- Season with pepper.
- Stir in the egg.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the dough.
- Cut the tomatoes into 12 slices and place on top of the muffins.
- Place the edges of the dough on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
