Marzipan / Pineapple / Cake

The perfect marzipan / pineapple / cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Bisquit dough:

  • 75 g Wheat flour type 405
  • 40 g Food starch
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs size M
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Covering:

  • 400 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,25 liter Whipped cream 30% fat

Filling:

  • 0,333333 Can Pineapple canned
  • 0,5 liter Whipped cream 30% fat
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Biscuit:

  1. Separate the eggs, the yolks with half of the sugar, vanilla sugar and a tablespoon. Beat the warm water until creamy. Beat the egg white until stiff, let the other half of the sugar trickle in. Put both in a bowl, add the flour, starch and baking powder through a sieve and carefully lift everything together with a whisk. Pour into a 26 cm springform pan greased with butter.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° in the middle for 25 minutes, allow to cool. Cut the cold base horizontally in the middle and place the bottom base back in the springform pan.

Filling:

  1. Beat the whole cream 3/4 liter until stiff while whipping the sugar and the 2 vanilla sugars. (Caution after stiff comes butter) Take 1/3 of the whipped cream out and put it separately. Now fold the diced and drained pineapple under the 2/

Covering:

  1. The recipe for the raw mixture is in my cookbook …. Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar together. Roll out the mass between foil to a diameter of approx. 40 cm – 50 cm.

Completion:

  1. Put the pineapple cream on the bottom of the springform pan and smooth it out. carefully place the lid on top. Let rest briefly and remove the ring from the springform pan. Carefully spread the previously removed cream on and around the cake (do not squeeze). With great care, place the marzipan blanket on top and press down very carefully.

Decoration:

  1. This decoration was created; since my mom is a fan of this brand. A pair of love pearls and some black food coloring were due. Otherwise just pick up some whipped cream, put a swab on the cake and a corner of pineapple on each.
