Special Burger Bruno with Corn

The perfect special burger bruno with corn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Hamburger buns
  • 500 g Canned corn kernels
  • 250 g Borlotti beans
  • 310 g Red kidney beans
  • 1 tsp Ras el Hanaut spice hot
  • 6 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 0,5 tsp Curry Madras
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh onion
  • Tartar sauce from my KB

  1. Rinse the beans briefly and let them drain. Finely chop the spring onion and finely chop the greens and set aside.
  2. Sauté the spring onions in a little oil, add the beans and tomato puree, season with curry, ras el hanout, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and puree with a hand blender. It gives a compact mass.
  3. Mix in the breadcrumbs, eggs, corn kernels and the green of the spring onion. Season everything again if necessary and let it steep for about 3/4 hours
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and form a burger from the mass and fry on each side for about 5 minutes over low heat (be careful, the corn kernels jump out of the burger / pan)
  5. Cut the tomato and onion into slices, pick up the lettuce, halve the bread roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, burger and tartar sauce alternately.
