Tartar Sauce Bruno

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 0,5 piece Fresh onion
  • 6 piece Garlic fresh if dried only 2
  • 2,5 tsp Mustard
  • 5,5 tsp Capers
  • 1 Bun Chives fresh
  • 2 piece Boiled egg
  • Salt
  • Lemon zest
  • Acetobalsamic vinegar
  • 6 piece Gherkins
  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, chives, capers and eggs
  2. Add the sour cream (crème fraîche), mayonnaise and mustard. Mix everything well and season with a little salt.
  3. if you like, you can add a little lemon zest. If you like the acidity in the tartar sauce, you can also add 1 teaspoon of white aceto
  4. Fits wonderfully with many dishes, as a dip sauce, sandwiches, salad dressings and much more.
