- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 0,5 piece Fresh onion
- 6 piece Garlic fresh if dried only 2
- 2,5 tsp Mustard
- 5,5 tsp Capers
- 1 Bun Chives fresh
- 2 piece Boiled egg
- Salt
- Lemon zest
- Acetobalsamic vinegar
- 6 piece Gherkins
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, chives, capers and eggs
- Add the sour cream (crème fraîche), mayonnaise and mustard. Mix everything well and season with a little salt.
