Wild Boar and Beef Meatballs
The perfect wild boar and beef meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients for the meat:
- 2 Beef steaks were leftovers from the grill
- 4 Eggs
- 5 size Fresh onions
- 2 Old rolls, soaked
- 5 Toes Garlic fresh
- 5 Pinches Pepper
- 3 Tl Venison Seasoning
- 2 Tl Paprika
- 2 Tl Oregano
- 4 Tl Salt
- 2 Tl Mustard
- Remove tendons and coarse fat from the meat and cut into small pieces
- I don’t have a meat grinder, so I took my household machine with the disc with the largest holes. That went very well. I passed on the onions with them.
- Put everything in a large bowl and fold in all other ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into meatballs. I rolled them in breadcrumbs and then fried them. This meat takes longer than normal half and half minced meat.
- I needed space in the freezer and so I came up with the idea of using the wild boar for something else and not using it as a roast. Do a little more work. The effort is definitely worth it.
