Spicy Carrot Soup

The perfect spicy carrot soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Carrots
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 piece Ginger the size of a thumb
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 1,5 liter Chicken broth
  • 1 Handful Peanuts in a wasabi coat
  • 4 spoon Brunch chilli
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel and dice the onions and sauté them in the oil until translucent, peel and dice the potatoes, peel the ginger and cut very finely, clean the soup vegetables, cut into small pieces and add everything to the onion, sauté briefly, add the chicken stock and cook for about 20 minutes. Simmer.
  2. Now puree the vegetables with the hand blender to make a soup, season with salt and pepper, arrange the soup on plates, add a dollop of brunch, sprinkle with the wasabin nuts and serve.
