Currywurst and Gnocchi Casserole
The perfect currywurst and gnocchi casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Spring onions fresh
- 4 Bratwurst fine
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 packet Gnocchi from the refrigerated counter
- 1 tsp Curry
- 200 ml Tomato ketchup
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt pepper
- 50 g Grated Emmental
- Preheat the oven, E. stove 200 degrees, convection 175 degrees. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut the sausages into 1 cm thick slices. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the gbnochi and sausage slices in it after 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Fry the Gnochi and sausage slices in it after 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Put both in a baking dish.
- Briefly sauté 3 / 4 of the spring onions with curry in the frying fat. Add the ketchup and stock, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with the remaining spring onions
