Currywurst and Gnocchi Casserole

The perfect currywurst and gnocchi casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Spring onions fresh
  • 4 Bratwurst fine
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 packet Gnocchi from the refrigerated counter
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 200 ml Tomato ketchup
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  • 50 g Grated Emmental
  1. Preheat the oven, E. stove 200 degrees, convection 175 degrees. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut the sausages into 1 cm thick slices. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the gbnochi and sausage slices in it after 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

  1. Briefly sauté 3 / 4 of the spring onions with curry in the frying fat. Add the ketchup and stock, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
