Gnocchi – Spinach – Casserole

The perfect gnocchi – spinach – casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Gnocchi – 600g
  • 350 g Frozen spinach
  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  1. Defrost the spinach and squeeze it out well.
  2. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish. Slightly chop the spinach and spread over the gnocchi.
  3. Heat the cream in a small saucepan and melt the Gorgonzola in it while stirring. Season well with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
  4. Let the cream cool a little and pour evenly over the spinach.
  5. At 180 ° C c. Bend for 30 minutes, until the gnocchi are cooked and the surface turns a light golden color.
