Prawns with Ginger and Carrot
The perfect prawns with ginger and carrot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Shrimp
- 1 size Carrot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Café de Paris spice
- 1 tbsp Chives fresh
- Salt
- Peel and grate ginger. Peel and chop the garlic. Pull the peeled carrot over the grater.
- Gently fry everything in oil, I had olive oil.
- Add Café de Paris spice to taste, at least 0.5 tsp.
- The thawed prawns are allowed to continue frying (here they were relatively small Pacific deep-sea prawns) while stirring.
- Season with salt and fold in the chives.
- Goes well with baguettes.
