Ingredients
Herbal Dip:
- 1,5 liter Salted water
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 500 g Quark
crack open :
- 1 packet Cream
or :
- 1 shot Milk
refine:
- 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
- 3 leaves Dried mint
- 3 Branches Lemon balm fresh
- 1 teaspoon Cress (garden cress)
- 1 teaspoon Finely chopped parsley
- Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
For those in a hurry:
- 1 packet Salad herb yogurt
- 500 g Quark lean
- 1 pinch Coarse salt
Decorate:
- 4 Pc. Daisy
- 2 Pc. Fresh dandelions
- 5 Pc. Violet flowers
- 4 Leaflets Yarrow
Instructions
Jacket potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes, bring them to the boil with water and pre-cook for 20 minutes. Then drain the potatoes. Quenching and peeling.
Quark :
- First whip up the quark nicely with cream or milk, please take great care here, because it has to be wonderfully airy. Mix in the sour cream (sour cream works too).
- Add mint, lemon balm, cress, parsley and spices, mix well.
Decorate:
- Decorate with wild flowers and yarrow leaves.
Urgent:
- take the salad herbs under the quark,
Light quark:
- Add only chives, dill, salt, pepper to the quark + sour cream.
